Here Comes The Cold

There is one thing that stands between autumn and winter. It is chilly and wet, and despises the sunshine. It comes with fog, dew, and dripping wet hair.

Rain stands guard. Rain says, “For one week you must endure me, then I will turn snowy.”

It’s going to be a cold, wet, snowy winter.
Should I cheer for no school?
Or cry for the cold?
